SUMMER SCOOPERS

We are seeking hard-working, energetic, and  friendly people to join our team as front-line customer service!  

Duties include:

-providing an exceptional customer experience to every visitor

-scoop ice cream and craft all other food & drink items on the menu 

-process transactions and handle cash

-maintain a clean work environment at all times

-assist with the candy store as necessary

ASSISTANT MANAGER

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join us as a full-time assistant manager!

Duties include:

-assist with all daily operations including food service, baking, and customer service

-supervise staff and assist with weekly schedules

-assist with social media photos/reels 

-take catering orders via phone/online; schedule and prepare catering orders

-monitor daily operations, track inventory, prepare inventory orders

-balance daily cash, process transactions, and general troubleshooting

-enforce all health and safety standards as well as maintaining a clean work environment

Qualifications:

-previous experience in a front line customer service role, particularly food service

-1+ years in a management/supervisor position 

-excellent organizational and time management skills

-Safe Food Handler Certification is preferred

-Must be able to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
